_how do you align brand and fan(atic)?

Built to showcase the Canadian National Exhibition and Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in 1921, since 2005 Ricoh Coliseum is home ice for the Toronto Marlies, the top affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs. And, by definition, drawing the league's indisputably feistiest fans.

As agency of record our mandate was to create a potent new Ricoh Coliseum brand and identity and system. The big idea came naturally. We needed to harness and align the unstoppable fan energy and then underscore and imaginatively inject the passion and mania into advertising campaigns and across all promotional collateral and environment.

With its launch and sponsorship, Ricoh Coliseum is the defacto incubator of budding Leafs fans for generations to come.
